Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using RTILA X, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the software.

License Grant

Lifetime licenses grant a perpetual, non-transferable right to use the purchased version. Monthly subscriptions grant a right to use the software while the subscription remains active.

Usage Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of RTILA X. Reselling the base RTILA X software is prohibited unless your license tier explicitly includes reseller rights.

Intellectual Property

RTILA X, its branding, documentation, and associated materials remain the property of RTILA CORPORATION. Your automations and exported data remain yours.

Standalone Bot Export

You retain ownership of the automations you create. Standalone bot export gives you a license to compile and distribute your automations as independent executables under the terms of your active license tier. You may not use the export feature to distribute copies of the RTILA X desktop application itself.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RTILA CORPORATION is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software or exported bots.

Termination

RTILA CORPORATION may terminate access to subscription services if these terms are violated. Lifetime licenses remain governed by the version of these terms accepted at purchase.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to RTILA CORPORATION's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
